What to Expect

1. Submit Claim

Submit the form above or an ACORD Loss Notice providing basic information along with any documentation you have (police reports, accident reports, estimates, etc.).

2. Assign Claim Adjuster

We’ll set up the claim and report it to the Carrier who will provide us a claim number and adjuster. We’ll be sure you have this information as well.

3. We’ll Track Progress

PEA will remain a part of the process every step of the way, ensuring your claim is handled with the highest level of service.
